I finally get to share my secret project! As I was headed to bed one night in July I checked my email, to my surprise I had been asked by Cake Central Magazine to submit photos of a grey and cream cake with a less is more theme. I jumped at the opportunity! I was given some inspirational photos to work from and this is the end result. I was lucky enough to have Barnett Photography of Kelowna, BC take these wonderful photos of my cake. They did a brilliant job of capturing the simple, classic look that I was going for. I didn't know until today that we would be featured on the cover as well, it was a fantastic surprise. To see my feature and the other photos of the cake you can download a copy of the magazine here.
